Gina Zarra Blum was appointed Executive Director of At Home In Darien in June 2011. Previously, Gina served as Assistant to the Director of the Stamford Senior Center, Coordinator of the Collaborative Alliance of Fairfield County, President of the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk and Chairman of the Fairfield County Women’s Center at Norwalk Community College. Gina holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford. Her husband, children, and dog keep her busy but she enjoys finding time to play tennis and paddle.
Jennifer Rideout began working for At Home In Darien in August 2018. Previously, she worked in the Darien Police Department. Jennifer is an active volunteer in the Darien schools. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Russell Sage College. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her 2 children, skiing, hiking and cooking.
Catherine DiMartino joined At Home In Darien in April 2019. She is a graduate of Pace University and holds a degree in Business Administration. Recently she has worked for a chiropractor and as an Administrative Assistant at a beverage company. Catherine has been involved in the PTOs of her children’s schools and has chaired positions on their boards. Catherine loves spending time with her family, playing tennis, cooking, gardening and watching her children play sports!
Val Freund was hired to work for At Home In Darien in April 2014. Previously she was an audit scheduler for KPMG LLP for 26 years. Val attended Berkeley Business School in White Plains, NY. She was born in Brooklyn, raised in Stamford, and now resides in Norwalk with her husband. Val enjoys walking, reading, and loves helping animals.
