CompassCare is an innovative private duty companion care company and was the first to provide residents of Manhattan, Fairfield and Westchester Counties concierge level service. CompassCare works with individuals who struggle with safely aging in place but would like to live independently at home. Unlike other homecare companies, who enter the aging market as a second career and bring little direct experience, the professionals at CompassCare are clinicians trained in the factors that foster optimal well-being. Founded by a world-renowned geriatrician and managed by Cornell University-affiliated professors, CompassCare provides the highest level of personalized, professional and hospitality trained care in the market today, one client at a time. At CompassCare, the needs of their clients are at the forefront of everything they do. CompassCare employs a proprietary matching process that proactively matches the needs and wants of the clients and their caregivers. All caregivers are meticulously selected, vetted, and trained to the highest standards. With high employee morale and low turn-over, you will receive consistent quality care. The goal of the CompassCare team is to help people be proactive about planning for successful aging, and to be empowered in the process.
